suitable for newbie and basic requirement

I dont know how to use Photoshop and just need to some simple editings and effects on my photos. This Photo-effects program is easy to use, just drag and drop photo to the panel and then select the effects on the left. I like its handy and simple. Well, its suitable for basic requirements on photos effects not hight requirements ;)
